In order to avoid charges to your credit card on file, we ask that you cancel or modify your booking 30 days prior to arrival. Full payment will be taken 30 days prior to arrival and there will NOT be any refunds if the booking is cancelled within the 30 days. Partial cancellations are also not allowed. Modifications can be made within the 30 days but please note the initial reservation if greater than the modification will still be charged. Credits are applied on a case by case basis.

When paying month to month, monthly rental, 30 days notice is required prior to checking out.
